Praia Bela area is about 40 km from Joao Pessoa and is situated between the fishing villages of Jacuma and Pitimbu on the south coast of Paraiba State. Praia Bela is 40 km from Joao Pessoa Airport and around 1 hour from Recife International airport.
As you drive from Praia Bella towards Joao Pessoa you will pass the beaches of Tambaba, Coquerinhos, Tabatinga, Gramame, Praia do Sol, Jacarape, Penha, and Seixas.
'Praia Bela' is the name of this region and
'Beautiful Beach' is just what it is!
The asphalt coast road in the south
of the state of Paraiba opened in 2002 by the State Governor. This has
opened up the south coast of Paraiba and land prices have been increasing
since.
Praia Bela was granted permission to expand residential and
commercial development several years ago and is relatively untouched.
Since the permission was granted land has been sold to Brazilians and Overseas
Investors who have seen the potential of this area. The name 'Praia Bella means
'Beautiful beach' in portugese.
This is a tranquil area where one would
escape for lazy days on the beach or to eat at one of the rustic beach bars only
a few minutes walk from where we sell developments. It is also a fantastic
location to explore some of the most natural, unspoilt beaches in the south
coast of Paraiba.
