Pipa beach is just 30 Minutess drive from the Natal International Airport.  The apartments have a view of the sea and are front line to the beach.

The most famous beaches are in Pipa and absolutely gorgeous.  There are international restaurants, dolphins in the sea and just an incredible
tranquility which will make you want to return again and again.

Pipa beach holds some of the most expensive property in Natal.

If you choose not to add your property to the pool, our associates office in Natal will manage your property on your behalf.  The cost is 20% for short term rental and for longer term (over one year, 50% for the first months payment and then 10% per month there after).
