Prperty is 50 metres from the beach.  40 minutes drive from Salvador International Airport by the Coconut Road. 10 minutes drive from Praia do forte and 20 minutes drive from Costa do Sauipe Resort with Golf course. The property is only 10 minutes walk from amenities like drugstores, shops. In Praia do Forte Promenade there are restaurants and an exciting nightlife.
