Jacumã is area with good city structure and is a great to invest in development land, there is a lot of national and international investments and the Beach city is growing fast.

Jacuma and Caripibus are literally right next to each other and they are 25 minutes from Joao Pessoa airport, 1hr 30 mins from Recife and 3 hrs from Natal


Property Deposits & Payments Terms

 

A Deposit of £500 is required to secure your land lot (200 sqm) and £1000 for larger plots.  Contracts will then be sent to you and should be returned within 21 days.  Full payment will be due 7 days after contracts have been signed.

 

Loans are available up to a level of 50% at the discretion of the seller.  There will be a small charge for using this service.



Associated Purchase Costs

In addition to the listed price for the investment, the following costs will apply to your purchase:

  • Stamp Duty Purchase Tax (or Registration tax) is around 3% of the purchase price (payable to the notary) 
  • Property Transfer Tax (ITBI) of approx 2% (payable at the City Hall).
  • UK / Brazilian Lawyer (optional but recommended) - £800
  • Admin / Processing (includes all processing costs) NO CHARGE
