This offering is situated just to the north of the beautiful city of Joao Pessoa, and is ideally located in a rapidly developing area just a few minutes drive away from the capital city of Paraiba state. The apartment blocks within this condominium start with 4 levels at the beach side, and rise to 6 levels towards the rear of the development. All apartments have permanent sea views.

 

The location of this development offers calm clear waters, sand islands off shore which prove to be popular sun-bathing and relaxing areas, Jacare beach very near by to witness the wonderful sunsets, and the Marina club for Joao Pessoa is a brief drive away. Also, being situated within a well established location on the outskirts of Joao Pessoa, offering infrastructure without having to visit the capital city itself, and is also very close to the out of town hypermarkets.

 

Joao Pessoa is the 2nd greenest city in the world, the city is famous for its beaches. Although flights arrive into Joao Pessoa airport from all over Brazil the airport does not go international until 2005.  The nearest international airport is Recife, but Natal is also a good option, being 1.5 hours and 2 hours away respectively. When Joao Pessoa airport does go international we are expecting to see property prices increase considerably. This airport is currently open to internal flights and is approx 20 minutes drive from this offering.

 

Condominium service charges are expected to be approx. R$350 per month, and purchase tax is payable at the rate of 5% of the total price on completion.
