Extra flights to increase access to property in Rio de Janeiro?
In which case, they may be pleased to hear that Brazilian airline TAM has announced an increase in the number of flights it operates from London to Latin America's largest economy.
The company noted the links between UK and Brazilian firms, with many employees required to travel between the two countries.
With an additional three flights a week added to the daily service it currently provides, the airline hopes that it may be able to cater for the number of British tourists and businessmen taking trips to the nation.
The extra journeys will run between London and Rio de Janeiro and are to begin on August 2nd, which may be good news for Brazilian property owners, whose assets could soon be more accessible to foreign travellers.
Hoteliers and operators of rental accommodation in the Latin American city may be particularly pleased to hear of the changes as they look forward to the 2014 Fifa World Cup and 2016 Olympics.
The 2016 event will be hosted by Rio de Janeiro, while the football tournament will involve many stadiums across the country, including those in the city.
TAM Airlines stated that the extra flights it plans to operate are designed to help cater for the increased demand that will be driven by the major sporting events.
It has already seen a growing number of customers for its Rio de Janeiro services, which were first introduced last year, as an increasing number of people take business and leisure trips to Brazil, with firms particularly attracted to Brazil's creative, banking and energy industries.
Indeed, a recent report from TAM Airlines highlighted figures from the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency, which showed there was a 26.7 per cent increase in demand for flights from the international market in March compared with the same month a year before.
The same statistics revealed that many of the people arriving in Rio de Janeiro may not be overseas travellers.
In fact, demand in the domestic market for flights across the country increased by 25.2 per cent in the third month of the year compared with March 2010.
However, it was noted that an influx of travellers was seen in the month due to the carnival held in Rio de Janeiro....

Numbers of hotels for sale in Brazil to rise?
Hotel Interactive reported on the comments of senior vice-president of Lodging Econometrics Bruce Ford, who explained at the BITAC luxury event that the World Cup and the Olympic Games, which are soon to be hosted by the nation, will give the industry a boost.
"They have some tremendous events coming up in Brazil over the next several years … and they will need to build hotels and they will need to become more branded," he said.
In 2014, the World Cup will be played over 12 cities in the country, while the Olympics will be held in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
Mr Ford said that developers' plans are "largely unannounced" at the moment but he predicted that 30,000 rooms could be under construction by the end of next year.
"The more branded that they become the more that banks are going to get interested, the more that international investors are going to get interested," he asserted.
Currently, there are around 11,000 rooms being built, the news provider noted, with another 15,000 more announced as part of new projects this year.
Hotel Interactive stated that changes in the Brazilian population may also be positive news for the sector.
Indeed, the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) recently revealed that usual real income among its people had reached R$1,540.30 (£588.57) in February compared with R$1,485.94 at the same point a year earlier, representing a 3.7 per cent annual increase.
This may reflect the increasing number of individuals in work in the country, as the figures also showed the unemployment rate dropped to 6.4 per cent last month, compared with 7.4 per cent 12 months previously.
In February, there were around 10.7 million people with jobs with formal contracts – a 6.9 per cent rise on statistics from a year earlier, or an extra 687,000 roles.
Other positive changes in Brazil reflected in statistics from the IBGE include a 1.2 per cent increase in retail sales in January compared with the month before, the ninth hike seen in as many months.
Meanwhile, nominal revenue in the sector grew by 1.1 per cent, rising for the 13th consecutive month....

Hotels for sale in Brazil to see more weddings?
Philippa Onslow, media sales manager at Wedding TV, explained many couples are planning to marry in foreign lands.
In fact, bridal gowns that are suited to travel abroad are now increasingly available in the UK, she said.
These dresses often use lighter fabrics, which may be useful for those tying the knot in the warm Latin American climate.
One of the reasons Brits are taking their wedding party overseas is because it can be cheaper than getting hitched at home, Ms Onslow stated.
She explained that the popularity of tying the knot abroad was particularly evident during the current economic climate.
Cost may be a deciding factor for couples, as research by HSBC recently showed that nuptials are often twice as expensive as individuals expect....
