Brazil 'has a bright future for property investors'

Anyone interested in buying property in Fortaleza and other north eastern areas in Brazil may be pleased to know that the country has been highlighted as a good prospect for investment.
Karl Tehrani, property investment expert at Examiner.com, suggested that people keep their eye on Brazil thanks to its growing infrastructure and middle classes.
He pointed out that if people have more money, they will be spending more on homes and this will benefit investors.
Brazil's minister of tourism recently told Construction News that Brazil's economy is still growing and that hotels, resorts and golf courses are continuing to spring up around the country.
Figures from the British embassy cited by Nubricks estimate that there may be up to 50,000 people from the UK buying property in Brazil by 2011.
Ronan McMahon of NuWire Investor recently recommended the resort of Fortaleza as a "gift to investors" thanks to the potential for growth in its short-term rental markets.
