Brazil has again been recommended as a great place for property investment thanks to the prospect of good returns.
Paul Irvine, an investment expert talking to This is Money, said that many European property buyers are heading towards the Natal region, which is situated in the north east part of the country and is easily accessible by plane.
He added that "anyone who is anyone" is trying to get into Brazilian property in the tourism sector.
"It's got the finest beaches in the world, the most robust economy in South America and a rapidly expanding middle class," Mr Irvine pointed out.
Natal is the capital city of the State of Rio Grande do Norte and, according to Natal-Brazil.com, is the country's fifth most popular tourist destination.
Earlier this month, market analyst James Gonzalez said the economy is an attractive factor when it comes to property investment in Brazil due to a buoyant stock market, an increase in exports and a healthy trade surplus in the Latin American country.
