The Brazilian property market is presenting good opportunities for investment, it has been argued.
Chris Hunter of Alternative Asset Analysis (AAA) said that lumping the Latin American country in with Russia, China and India as part of the emerging economy category BRIC ignores the fact that it has more potential than those other nations.
The organisation noted that the median age in Brazil is very young at 29 years old.
Additionally, Mr Hunter claimed that the nation's "political stability gives it an advantage along with the fact that it has raw materials and food supplies in abundance".
The youth of the population alongside Brazil's move toward energy independence and social mobility shows that it is in a good position for strong economic growth in the near future, AAA, which advocates alternative investments, continued.
Gross domestic product expansion is already firm in the country, increasing by 4.2 per cent over the first quarter of 2011, according to official statistics.
Property Bond International Ltd was established in 2003 to help overseas buyers purchase Brazilian Property Investments.
