People thinking of making an investment in Brazilian property could benefit from doing so early on in the country's development, while it still has some way to grow.
This is according to fund manager and partner at Alternative Asset Analysis (AAA) Anthony Johnson, who commented on the news that Mubabada is to pour money into the country's aluminum, infrastructure, oil, gas and aerospace industries.
However, AAA also noted that the Brazilian property market is a strong sector, particularly as tourism in the nation is performing well.
Foreign investors have many opportunities to invest in real estate in the country, the company stated, with some involved in the development of holiday accommodation such as apartments, to take advantage of the growing number of visitors.
"Brazil is proving extremely popular with fund managers at the moment," Mr Johnson stated.
"It's a been a major success story and proof that investors can really reap rewards by opting to put their money into emerging markets," he added.
AAA reports on the performance of companies across the globe, including real estate, commodities and private equity.
