Investment in Brazil has been supported by an expert who believes the country holds many opportunities for speculators.
Ana Cukic Armstrong, managing partner at Armstrong Investment Partners, told Asset.tv that the nation could see substantial growth on the back of its commodity exporters, the Financial Times reported.
"While global governments are printing all that money excessively, being a commodities exporter is clearly good news," she explained.
Comparing the country to others in the Bric group of emerging markets, Ms Armstrong noted that Brazil lacks the governance issues of Russia and is cheaper than China and India, the news provider said.
She also mentioned the expansion driven by the construction of infrastructure, a stimulus the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) also recently cited as a key factor in the nation's growth.
The expert added that there are mispricing opportunities within the Brazilian market, as the majority of investors are putting money into the larger benchmarks.
