Hotels for sale in Brazil may experience a rise in interest, with one newspaper highlighting a number of the country's best regions for establishments.
According to the Independent, Florianopolis, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo offer some of the best resting places throughout the nation and the latter city could see an increase in traffic with an upcoming film festival.
"Although Sao Paulo isn't the most visited destination in Brazil, it remains one of the most popular and receives a good proportion of the steadily growing tourism pie," it explained.
This followed recent reports by Hotel News Now, which stated a recent South American Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference discussed Brazil as having huge potential in the sector.
Using information compiled by TripAdviser, the Independent also identified real estate in Florianopolis as a popular investment in Brazil.
The location is renowned for its boutique properties and is a hotspot for those looking to purchase a second home in the south of the country, it added.
