Hotels for sale in Brazil may be a shrewd investment, as one expert has said holidays in the country are in great demand.
Glauco Chris Fuzinatto, UK and Ireland director at the Brazilian Tourist Office, revealed his organisation's website was receiving many hits, suggesting a large number of people are considering visiting the nation.
Indeed, Lonely Planet's newly released Best in Travel 2011 ranked the country as the second greatest destination for next year.
"All year round, Brazil is a popular place to go," Mr Fuzinatto stated. "People are really considering whether they should be going to Brazil now, next year, or the year after."
The nation's culture is its main selling point, the expert explained, adding that each of the 26 states offers a different experience.
Hotels for sale in Rio, Fortazela and Florianopolis may therefore provide visitors with the opportunity to sample a diverse range of gastronomy, art and music.
