'Opportunity for profit' in Brazilian property investment

Overseas property investors will find several opportunities to turn a profit in Brazil, it has been suggested.

Mark Bishops, an industry expert who works for A Place in the Sun Live, was quoted in a Property Wire article as suggesting that there is good potential within the South American country.

He also implied that the ongoing global economic problems have created an excellent situation for investors looking to put their money into foreign property.

"I believe that the credit crunch offers an opportunity for people to invest in property abroad at some of the best prices in a generation," Mr Bishops remarked.

The spokesman is set to appear at the A Place in the Sun Live exhibition, which takes place from September 26th to September 28th at Birmingham's NEC.

Earlier this month, Mr Bishops' employer drew up a list of ten reasons why buying overseas property could be considered to be a good idea.
