Those looking to purchase property in Fortaleza will have a host of new travel opportunities at their disposal later this year, it has been revealed.
The New York Times reports that two American airlines are to increase the number of routes between North East Brazil and the US over the next few months.
From November 2nd, people will be able to fly from Miami to Salvador and Recife with American Airlines (AA), while Delta Airlines (DA) is to run a service between Atlanta and Fortaleza - by way of Recife - from December 21st.
The AA flights will go three times a week, with DA's flights going four times.
It was suggested by the news provider that the flights will be particularly useful for those "who want to go beyond Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo".
An article in the Times of India last week referred to Fortaleza as "beautiful and enchanting" and an ideal place to visit with a partner, whether it is white beaches, a "neverending" nightlife or tropical excursions that appeal to the holidaymaker.
