Property Bond sell Brazilian property, apartments, land, hotels and Islands in Brazil. We work closely with Developers to offer affordable Brazilian property. In some areas we have rental management services. Any Brazilian developer that works with our network has to satisfy our criteria. We are very selective with our developments as not all developers in Brazil can meet our requirements.
We have a choice of off-plan sales or ready built properties. Some developments have only 25 exclusive properties, others have up to 400 units.
We can find it, sell it, build it, manage it, rent it. We can source you a small apartment, right up to managing a land purchase acquisition for development.

- We recommend you to use a trustworthy and reliable lawyer's service. It is important that any legal papers you sign are clearly explained and checked along with the land registry to ensure title is correct.
