Property Bond sell Brazilian property, apartments, land, hotels, commercial projects in Brazil. We work closely with Developers to offer affordable Brazilian property. In some areas we have rental management services. Any Brazilian developer that works with our network has to satisfy our criteria. We are very selective with our developments as not all developers in Brazil can meet our requirements.
We have a choice of off-plan sales or ready built properties. Some developments have only a few exclusive properties, others have up to several hundred units.

- To clearly explain ALL the costs associated with buying a property in Brazil , including the potential future running costs.
- To provide full support throughout the purchase of your property which includes applying for all legal documentation such as CPF’s and help with the money transfer process. After sales service is very important to us and should you need help with yearly tax returns, gardeners etc we can help. (Some of these extra services may / will be chargeable)
- We recommend you to use a trustworthy and reliable lawyer's service. It is important that any legal papers you sign are clearly explained and checked along with the land registry to ensure title is correct. We supply lists of unbiased legal services.
- Our staff and agents on the ground are very competent and we supply local UK telephone numbers for you to contact them on directly.
- In some areas (and expanding) we offer rental management services which includes marketing your property for rent with some of the global travel companies.
